Section 1
Booth Setting		 This covers the property and public liability of establishing and demolishing of booth settings. Contract Value HKD100,000
Third Party Limit HK$10M AOA/AOP
Section 4
Public Liability		 This section covers the liability required by the owner of the venue during the exhibition period. HKD10,000,000 AOA/AOP

How to claims

The following excess will be applied in
Section 1
- General Excess: HKD5,000 or 10% of loss whichever is greater for each & every loss.
- Third Party Property Damage: HKD5,000.00
Section 4
- HKD3,000 for each and every claim in respect of damage to third party's property.

Major Exclusions as below

  • War, Civil War, & Similar Risks
  • Terrorism
  • Nuclear risks + chemical and biological weapons
  • Financial or trading risks - such as financial default or failure, lack of support
  • Adverse Weather including typhoon signal No.3 or above, red or black thunderstorm and rain water damaging property or temporary structure in open area.
